Well, as much as 50% of what our commission would typically be! The typical real estate commission that the seller pays is 6%-7%. That commission is usually split between the agent working for the seller, and the agent working for the buyer. You find the houses, using virtually the same systems that agents use to find houses for buyers. We represent you through the whole transaction, including gaining access for you to view the homes of your choice, handling the contract and all the other complicated paper work, negotiating the contract on your behalf, and coordinating the closing as well. And, you can receive thousands of dollars after closing! Sounds like a no-brainer, huh? That’s because it is! You choose the houses you view, and no matter how many you want to look at, you still get a rebate after closing!
