As professional agents, we believe that there are two additional tools, more than all the rest, that along with MLS will give you absolutely everything you need to market your home. We believe you need a virtual tour on the internet, including MLS, for potential buyers to view. This is like a movie of the inside of your home. It’s really cool, and buyer’s love to see them. You’ve probably seen one yourself. Also, we believe you need a lockbox on your door. This lockbox will allow agents to have access to your home (with notice to you that they’re coming) to show your home to potential buyers, without you having to be there (we can monitor, on the internet, who has opened the door via the lockbox).
